Our Statement of Purpose and Faith

Our Purpose:
Saturday Sanctuary exists to create a welcoming and Christ-centered space for Christian artists and believers to gather, share their gifts, and foster authentic community. Through our events, we aim to encourage spiritual growth, promote evangelism, and provide opportunities to worship God through various creative expressions.

Our Faith:
We believe in the core doctrines of the Christian faith:
• Jesus Is God

• The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
• There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for humanity’s sins, and rose bodily from the dead. He ascended into heaven and will return again in power and glory.
• Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
• The Holy Spirit indwells believers, empowering them to live godly lives, produce spiritual fruit, and serve effectively within the body of Christ.
• The Church, composed of all who have trusted Christ for salvation, is called to gather regularly for worship, teaching, fellowship, and prayer.

Importance of Gathering:
We affirm the biblical importance of gathering regularly (Hebrews 10:24-25) to build each other up, encourage faithfulness, and nurture a sense of belonging and unity in Christ. Through fellowship and collective worship, we strengthen our walk with Jesus and become effective witnesses in our community.
